Meal Plans

The Paleo Meal Plan was developed for those who follow the Paleolithic diet. It has quickly become one of our most popular meal plans due to the many health benefits and weightless potential of eating a grain-free / dairy-free diet.

This meal plan includes either two meals or three meals per day, 5 days per week, starting at a cost of only $9.95 per meal. Meals are delivered twice-weekly on Mondays and Thursdays.

Here are some key features of the Paleo Meal Plan:

  • Each meal will contain 4-6 ounces of protein, 8 ounces of Paleo approved fruits and/or vegetables
  • Every meal is between 400-650 calories
  • Every meal is 100% gluten free/dairy free
  • Each meal is meticulously crafted with impeccable attention to detail
