What types of meal plans are offered?
There are three type of meal plans to choose from, including Fit, Paleo, and Vegetarian.
What are the differences between each plan?
The Paleo Meal Plan was developed for those who follow the Paleolithic diet. It’s gluten free and dairy free. The Vegetarian Meal Plan was developed to celebrate the wide variety of produce that we have seasonally in South Florida. The Fit Meal Plan was created to deliver a healthy, balanced diet containing a lean protein, healthy carbohydrate, fresh vegetables and a garnish. The Fit Meal Plan is perfect for anyone that enjoys healthy meals to pair with their active lifestyle.
What is the Cost Per Meal?
We have three billing options to choose from with the cost per meal ranging from $11.75 to $13.75:
Why must I choose a meal plan to get started?
A preferred meal plan must be chosen in order for us to set your default weekly menus with chef-recommended meals. This way, if you forget or do not have time to customize your weekly menu, you do not have to worry. The weekly chef-recommended meals will appear on your menu based on your selected meal plan and any allergies/dislikes that you specify.
How often are meals updated?
Meals rotate weekly, and new menus are published every Monday evening. You will be notified via email when you can view meals and customize your weekly menu in your online member’s portal.
How can I customize my menu?
If you would like to view your weekly menu and customize each meal day-by-day, go to “My Meal Plans” and click on the “View/Edit Menu” icon for the plan you wish to view. Then click on the “Swap” Icon under the meal displayed for any given day to view all available meals. You can sort between “Recommended”, “All Breakfast” and “Lunch/Dinner” items. The “recommended” button only displays meals that are specific to your chosen preferred meal plan, the “All Breakfast” and “Lunch/Dinner” button displays items that are on all meal plans. Once you are happy with your meal selections, hit “Save” at the bottom of the page and your menu will update automatically!
Can I choose meals from any meal plan regardless of the meal plan selected at the time of sign up?
Yes. Remember, you are never stuck to meals on your chosen meal plan. You can customize your weekly menu, meal-by-meal, day-by-day by swapping out meals on any meal plan offered (i.e. Fit, Paleo, or Vegetarian). Follow the above instructions on how to customize your menu.
How do I get started with Farm To Fork Meals?

How do I pause my meal plan?
You are able to pause your calendar for one week at a time. To do this, simply go the "My Meals" page and press the Pause button.
My Allergies and/or Dislikes
How do I specify my allergies and dislikes?
Your allergies and dislikes are set individually for each meal plan you are subscribed to. This way, a user that has more than one meal plan can customize each plan with different allergies and dislikes. In order to update your preferences, log in to your dashboard and click on the "My Meal Plans" link. You will see a list of all of your active meal plans. Click on the "Edit" button next to the meal plan you'd like to update, and a pop-up will show that allows you to make several changes to your plan, including your allergies and dislikes. You will be able to choose up to 3 items from the list provided. Make sure to save your meal plan edits after you make any changes.
How do you consider my allergies and dislikes when making my meal schedule?
We take our customers' allergies and food preferences very seriously. When you specify an allergy, our system will check the standard schedule for the week and automatically swap out any meals that conflict with your allergies and dislikes. We make every effort to simplify this process for you, but can not guarantee that every meal delivered will be free of allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please check carefully the ingredients of each meal before eating. If you notice that our system is not handling your allergies properly, please contact us immediately so that we can troubleshoot for you!
What is the delivery fee?
There is a $16.00 per week delivery fee. If you would like to pick up the meals directly from our store, this fee will be waived. Please contact support after signing up to switch your account to in-store pickup.
What is our delivery range?
We deliver to Broward, Palm Beach and Dade Counties for our Miami location.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Miami/Broward/Palm Beach: We deliver before 8:00 AM on Mondays and Thursdays.
When you sign up, a representative will be available to discuss your delivery schedule with you. If you require mid-day deliveries or would like to pick up your food directly in our store, we will be happy to accommodate you.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No. We will drop off your meals in an insulated bag with ice packs and reheating instructions.
What do I do with my bag and icepacks?
We ask that you please leave your used insulated bag and icepack outside your home for us to pickup upon delivery of your next order.
Can you delivery elsewhere besides my home?
Yes. We will deliver your food wherever you are, as long as you are within the guidelines of our delivery range (see above for delivery range information).
How do I reheat my meals?
We here at Farm to Fork Meals thoroughly believe that food gets reheated at a much higher quality in the oven than in your microwave. That is why we specially designed packaging that is geared towards oven use. You simply remove the paper description label from the packaging and place the entire package (plastic and all) in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. However, if you are in a pinch and need to use the microwave, simply remove the paper description label, vent the plastic covering (either by tearing up a corner or poking a few holes in the plastic), and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Is the nutritional value labeled on our meals?
Yes, for our traditional and fit meal plans the nutritional label is provided.
How long do the meals last and can I freeze them?
Typically, your meal should last 4-5 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen within that time frame for up to a month.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your meal plan by calling customer service or emailing email@example.com each week before the friday 12:00pm cutoff. Any cancel requests after 12:00pm noon will take effect for the following week.
