Meal Plans

The Fit Meal Plan was created to deliver a healthy, balanced diet. Each Meal contains a lean protein, healthy carbohydrate, organic vegetables and a garnish. The Fit Meal Plan is perfect for anyone that enjoys healthy meals to pair with their active lifestyle.

This meal plan includes either two meals or three meals per day, 5 days per week, at a cost of $10.95 per meal. Meals are delivered twice-weekly on Mondays and Thursdays.

Here are some key features of the Fit Meal Plan:

  • Each Meal contains a lean protein, healthy carbohydrate, organic vegetables and a garnish
  • Every meal is between 275-500 calories
  • Each meal is meticulously crafted with impeccable attention to detail
