Michael Panza is a gourmet chef with more than 10 years of culinary experience. Panza’s dream of serving healthy and fresh food throughout South Florida is now a reality through Farm to Fork Meals.
Unlike other food delivery services, Farm to Fork Meals is truly unique for each customer, as subscribers can individualize their meal plans based on a wide variety of dietary needs and restrictions.
Each week, customers can choose from a list of nutritious menu items such as top quality meats, seafood, delicious grains, starches and locally sourced, fresh vegetables.
Upon subscribing, first-time customers will be able to specify any allergies or dislikes they may have and any other dietary preferences. New users will also receive a call from a consultant with Farm to Fork Meals to discuss any special requests or answer any remaining questions about the service.
How do I order? After signing up, you will choose the meal plan that best fits your dietary needs and lifestyle. After selecting your meal plan, you will be asked to provide your billing information and delivery address. Once complete, you will be signed up to receive your meals for the following Monday.
Is there a cutoff time? Yes, we take all orders by Friday at 12pm for the following week's deliveries.
Can I change my order? Yes, as long as it is within our cutoff guideline which is Friday at 12 pm for the following week's deliveries.
Is there a minimum on how many meals to order? Yes, the minimum number of meals per week is 10. We offer 2 plan options - either 10 meals per week or 15 meals per week - but you can always customize your menu by adding even more meals at a cost of $10.95 per meal.
Can I cancel my subscription or put it on hold? You can cancel at any time via email or phone call as long as it is before Friday 12pm to cancel the following week's deliveries. You can put your subscription on hold for the following week as long as it is before Friday at 12pm.
Can I order food for family/friends? Yes! At Farm to Fork, we think that food is the greatest gift to give. We are more than happy to accommodate any requests to feed your family and friends for you!
Why can’t I see my calendar? You will be able to customize your calendar between Wednesday 2PM to Friday 12PM. After noon on Friday, we close the menus and start the meal preparation for the upcoming week. After that, we prepare our new menus.
How does the Pause feature work? You are able to pause your calendar for one week at a time. To do this, simply go the "My Meals" page and press the Pause button.
* Please note: When you pause your calendar, it will pause for the upcoming week. This must be done before the cutoff time on Friday at 12 PM.
** Futher Note: Your pause is only set to one week. When new calendars are published, all paused calendars are set to the default settings. Should you want to pause again, please do so for that week before the cutoff.
How do I specify my allergies and dislikes? Your allergies and dislikes are set individually for each meal plan you are subscribed to. This way, a user that has more than one meal plan can customize each plan with different allergies and dislikes. In order to update your preferences, log in to your dashboard and click on the "My Meal Plans" link. You will see a list of all of your active meal plans. Click on the "Edit" button next to the meal plan you'd like to update, and a pop-up will show that allows you to make several changes to your plan, including your allergies and dislikes. You will be able to choose up to 3 items from the list provided. Make sure to save your meal plan edits after you make any changes.
How do you consider my allergies and dislikes when making my meal schedule? We take our customers' allergies and food preferences very seriously. When you specify an allergy, our system will check the standard schedule for the week and automatically swap out any meals that conflict with your allergies and dislikes. We make every effort to simplify this process for you, but can not guarantee that every meal delivered will be free of allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please check carefully the ingredients of each meal before eating. If you notice that our system is not handling your allergies properly, please contact us immediately so that we can troubleshoot for you!
What is the delivery fee? There is a $14.00 per week delivery fee. If you would like to pick up the meals directly from our store, this fee will be waived. Please contact support after signing up to switch your account to in-store pickup.
What is our delivery range? We deliver to Broward, Palm Beach and Dade Counties.
What time will my delivery arrive? We deliver before 8:00 am on Mondays and Thursdays. When you sign up, a representative will be available to discuss your delivery schedule with you. If you require mid-day deliveries or would like to pick up your food directly in our store, we will be happy to accommodate you.
Do I need to be home for my delivery? No. We will drop off your meals in an insulated bag with ice packs and reheating instructions.
What do I do with my bag and icepacks? We ask that you please leave your used insulated bag and icepack outside your home for us to pickup upon delivery of your next order.
Can you delivery elsewhere besides my home? Yes. We will deliver your food wherever you are, as long as you are within the guidelines of our delivery range (see above for delivery range information).
How do I reheat my meals? We here at farm to fork meals thoroughly believe that food gets reheated at a much higher quality in the oven then your microwave. That is why we specially designed packaging that is geared towards oven use. You simply remove the paper description label from the packaging and place the entire package (plastic and all) in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. However, if you are in a pinch and need to use the microwave simple remove the paper description label and vent the plastic covering (either by tearing up a corner or poking a few holes in the plastic) microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Is the nutritional value labeled on our meals? Yes, for our traditional and fit meal plans the nutritional label is provided.
How long do the meals last and can I freeze them? Typically, your meal should last 4-5 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen within that time frame for up to a month.
